Ali Hadji Mmadi is the Chief of the New Technologies Department at Comores Telecom.[1] He acts as the technical contact for its .km ccTLD, and is the coordinator for there prepaid platform and fixed telephone services.[2]
Mr. Mmadi has attended multiple ICANN meetings, including ICANN Nairobi and ICANN Dakar.[3]
