Prior to Network Solutions Jon worked at MCI, Inc. directing a legal team that was responsible for providing legislative, regulatory and business law support to MCI's Mass Markets Division.
Prior to that, Jon was an associate with the law firm of Kirkland & Ellis, where he represented corporate clients in complex litigation, antitrust matters, internal investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jon received his juris doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School and his undergraduate degree with honors from Binghamton University.
