Roy Dyke started his career in the telecommunications industry as Product Manager at Altcatel-Lucent, helping produce value propositions, and providing valuable sales support in aiding  organic business opportunities. After serving for four years, Roy moved into a consultant position at Xerox Corporation, where he acted as an advisor to senior management that continue to yield over $50 million in turnover annually for the business. Seven months later Roy transferred over to Verizon Business as Product Marketing Manager, holding for just over a year. Formerly known as MCI, he held a position of responsibility fordevelopement  and operational implementation.
In April 2005, Mr Dyke moved into the bigger role of Product Manager for KitchenAid Refrigeration Products, a branch of Whirlpool, the consumer goods manufacturer. At WHR he launched a new line of specialty products, which filled a gap in the product portfolio and notably improved quality. He led product planning successfully before being promoted to the position of senor global product business manager one year later. In this role he steered efforts to broaden business and increase Whirlpool's global share of revenue. 
After three years with Whirlpool, Roy Dyke was hired at Network Solutions, his first private company. Here he managed innovation and launched an online community for web professionals. Whilst in this position he effectively coordinated a remote team of writers and bloggers, and delivered  a 15% increase from online engagement. From here he was rewarded with full permission of strategy development and implementation for a $4 million custom website. Once again proving profitable - he lead to a 30% increase in net cash.
Mr Dyke's final position with Network Solutions before moving to Neustar, ended in May 2011. During this time he was Product Operations Manager for the Web Hosting division of the firm - a division which contributed more than a quarter of the overall company revenue. Here he piloted new product deployments, which consequentially generated over $2 million in revenue growth, while concurrently reducing costs by $200,000.
