Rosemary Sinclair is the Director of External Relations at University of New South Wale's Australian School of Business. This position involves responsibility for the ASB website and web strategy including use of social media tools among 60,000 Alumni. She is widely known as the former Managing Director of Australian Telecommunications Users Group and Vice-Chairman for the International Telecommunications Users Group in the Asia Pacific Region, with widespread experience in the broadcast media industry.
Ms. Sinclair has participated in ICANN's Non-Commercial Stakeholder's Group, and was involved in the 2009 restructuring of its GNSO, when she was appointed by the ICANN Board to fill out the inaugural GNSO council at ICANN Seoul.[1][2] She has been a Demand Class Board Member of auDA, the Australian Domain Association, since October, 2009.

Ms Sinclair has been involved in high-level management within the telecom industry throughout her career. At Telecom Australia, she held the title of Manager of Commercial Operations and National General Manager. In 1993 she moved to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation as Director in the Strategic Development division. She finished three years later, in 1996. In 2001, Rosemary became Managing Director at the Sydney based, Australian Telecommunications User Group. She worked there for a decade.[3] In May, 2011, she took up the role of Director of External Relations for the Australian School of Business, University of New South Wales.[4]

Rosemary received her Bachelor degrees in both Art and Business and a a Masters degree in Commerce.
