It is one of 68 applications that Top Level Domain Holdings Ltd. has filed for on its own behalf. Its wholly-owned subsidiary Minds + Machines will provide back-end registry solutions. [1]

Famous for Media also submitted an application for the TLD in behalf of Platinum Registry Limited. The company partnered with Neustar as its back-end registry service provider. [2] [3]
