J. Scott served as a member of the five member drafting committee that assisted the staff at [[ICANN]] with the drafting of the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy ("[[UDRP]]") and the Rules of Procedure for the UDRP. This policy is now used by the World Intellectual Property Organization ("[[WIPO]]") and others to resolve disputes between domain name registrants and trademark owners. J.
