Tobias Sattler is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of united-domains AG since 2008[1]. He represents united-domains at quite a number of conferences[2] and is responsible for IT, Policy and ICANN related matters regarding united-domains.

Career History

Tobias worked as a regular soldier in the German Federal Armed Forces and supported the SAP introduction. Prior to this, Tobias worked as a Software Engineer for Siemens.[3]

Industry Participation

Tobias is involved with some ICANN Working Groups such as Registry/Registrar Onboarding (AROS), Proxy Privacy Accreditation, Whois Validation,[4] etc. He is a voting member of the Registrar Stakeholder Group[5] and actively involved as a speaker and panelist at conferences. He is also a volunteer with the Mozilla foundation to support the Public Suffix List[6].
