In his native Barbados, he is active in ICT working professionally as a systems administrator, network engineer and ICT consultant. He was one of the initial members of BIPA and remained active in its ongoing operation from its official 2006 beginning, to its resurgence since 2010. He's also a member of the Information Systems Security Association, Barbados chapter (ISSA Barbados).
He participates in the Caribbean level groups: the Caribbean Network Operators Group (CaribNOG) and the Caribbean ICT stakeholders Virtual Community (CIVIC).
Since late 2014 he has been trying to encourage local participation in IG via coordinating a remote hub http://fb.com/bbremotehub. He is also working with colleagues on forming an Internet Society chapter to continue some of the local IG activities.
