Rebecca Wanjiku a technology journalist and blogger based in Nairobi. She has worked in print and online media, covering issues in health, environment, human rights, legal and now specializing in technology.[1]

She is currently a freelance journalist with IDG News Service, a technology Newswire. Some of her stories are covered by Computerworld PCWorld and Infoworld. As a blogger, I share my insights, rants, frustrations and opinions on this blog.

ICANN Involvement[edit | edit source]

She has been covering tech meetings such as the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and World Summit on Information Society (WSIS).

She authored a chapter on Citizen Journalism in East Africa as part of a book published by Rhodes University on democracy in Africa. She is also been involved in telecoms policy research under APC.
