The YOUTH BRAZIL PROGRAM was created in 2015 by the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br) and aims to contribute to the training of the next generation of Internet leaders. In this way, it aims to “offer young people aged 18 to 25 a training program on Internet Governance, encouraging participation in Internet Governance Forums, especially in the FIB - Internet Forum in Brazil, in the LAC-IGF - Governance Forum of the Internet in Latin America and the Caribbean, and at the IGF - Internet Governance Forum”[1].

The Program has an annual selection of young people and has two phases: Directed Study Phase and Event Participation Phase.
