Lisa Carter is the Senior Manager at Oversee.net. She is also the Owner/President of Tea Alchemy LLC.
She has studied from the University of California.
Carter has been working with Oversee.net since 2005 and has held several positions like Ad Operations Manager, VP Operations & Policy Director and Registrar Operations and Policy. Prior to joining Oversee.net, she was the Online Media Buyer & Marketing Manager at STA Travel for 2 years from 2002-2004. In 1999, she joined Council Travel as the Senior Manager Marketing & Product Development and worked there till 2002.[1]
She attended the ICANN Paris in 2008.[2]
