Wayne Reiher is the Director of ICT at the Ministry of Information, Communication, Transport and Tourism Development of the Government of Kiribati. Wayne is a member of the Kiribati Computer & Internet Society and Pacific Islands Chapter of the Internet Society (PICISOC).

Wayne is the Kiribati Representative[1] to GAC and he is a fellow of ICANN57.

Wayne obtained his BSc in Computer Science and Information and Master of Computing and Information System from the University of the South Pacific
