Victor Abboud is the General Manager of NIC.EC,[1] domain registry of Ecuador. He is ccNSO Council Representative for Latin American Region.[2] He was nominated by Eduardo Santoyo and seconded by Oscar Robles and Rolando Toledo[3]
He attended ICANN Silicon Valley[4] and ICANN Seoul[5] Mr. Abboud attends eCOM-LAC Meetings.[6]
