Kirk Mulveney is an independent IT consultant who offers support to a variety of industrial companies.
Kirk Mulveney is also the principal of Internet Listing Service Corp, company which was invo;ved in 2008 in a lawsuit, as a plaintiff [1].
In August 2010 the FTC approved the amended complaint against them. Mr. Malveney has transacted business in the Northern District of Illinois and US. It seems that the businesses Data Business Solutions Inc., also doing business as Internet Listing Service Corp., ILS Corp., ILSCORP.NET, Domain Listing Service Corp., DLS Corp., and DLSCORP.NET, along with their principals Ari Balabanian, Isaac Benlolo, and Kirk Mulveney [2] have scammed American consumers with over $4.2 million US.
Kirk Mulveney along with the other principals have posed as being registrars and have managed to fraudulently bill thousands of US businesses and non-profit organizations. [3]
