Kirk Mulveney is an independent IT consultant who offers support to a variety of industrial companies. Mulveney is also the principal of Internet Listing Service Corp, company which acted as a plaintiff in a 2008 lawsuit.[1]
In August, 2010 the FTC approved the amended complaint against them, wherein Mr. Malveney transacted business in the Northern District of Illinois, USA. It seems that the principals of Data Business Solutions Inc., Internet Listing Service Corp., ILS Corp., ILSCORP.NET, Domain Listing Service Corp., DLS Corp., and DLSCORP.NET,[2] have scammed American consumers with over $4.2 million US. Those principals involved are Ari Balabanian, Isaac Benlolo, and Kirk Mulveney. Kirk, along with the other principals, posed as registrars and have managed to fraudulently bill thousands of US businesses and non-profit organizations.[3]
