Steve Holsten is formerly the Director of the Legal Department for Verisign. As Director of the Legal Department, his main responsibilities are related to Internet and E-Commerce Law, Telecommunications Law, Commercial Transactions, Contracts and Licensing. He also participates in ICANN's Registry Stakeholder Group (RySG), where he once worked with the GNSO Improvements Team.[1]
He is currently the Vice President & General Counsel at Eloqua.[2]
Education
Steve Holsten obtained his bachelor award from Williams College and after finishing his courses at University of California, he obtained his Juris Doctor (JD), which both a professional and a graduate degree.[3]
