The Welsh Government represents the devolved government of Wales and it is responsible in developing government programs that affects the daily lives of its citizens such as health, education, language and culture, economic development, environment, transportation, social and public services. The head of the Welsh Government is the First Minister Carwyn Jones. The First Minister is assisted by a Cabinet, which is composed of Welsh Ministers and the Counsel General in governing the State of Wales. [2]
