Essential ICANN Officers are enumerated in the ICANN Bylaws.[1] Other officers may be appointed by the ICANN Board and directed by the ICANN President.[2]

Enumerated Officers

President

Established as the Chief Executive Officer in Article 15.4 of the ICANN Bylaws. The President is responsible for all of ICANN's "activities and business.[2]"
