On December 13, 2020, the US CISA CERT Team released Emergency Directive 21-01 concerning the SolarWinds product Orion Supply Chain Attack.[1] On April 15, 2021, the U.S. Government attributed this activity to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR).
