The Romulans [1] are a space faring people from the space fantasy series, Star Trek. Arrogant and technologically advanced, the Romulans have long been a thorn in the side of the more peaceful Federation of Planets.
The Romulan Empire is constantly expanding, and though it's spread has been slowed by internal dissension, it remains a force to be reckoned with in Galactic Politics.
The Empire of Romulus
The Romulan Empire consists of two core worlds, Remus and Romulus. [2] These worlds form the Imperial core, and other planets dominated by the empire are termed the 'provinces'. Provincial worlds have long been deprived of their fair share of the resources of the Empire, while contributing a major percentage of the financial and resource potential of the Empire.
