Mariana Balboni is the Coordinator of the Observatory for the Information Society (ISOC) in LAC at ECLAC, United Nations.
Education
Ms. Balboni holds a PhD in Sciences of Communications from the University of Sao Paulo (2008), Master in Sciences of Communication from University of Montreal (1999) and Bachelors in Communication and Journalism from the University of Sao Paulo (1999). She earned her early education from Colégio Equipe and Reydon High School.[1]
