Julia Kahan-Czarny works for the Government of Denmark. She is the Head of Section at Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.[1]
Julia Kahan is a representative of Denmark in the GAC.[2] She was also an attendee ath the ICANN Cartagena De Indias.[3]
Julia Kahan has completed her M.A in European Politics from the Lund University and her thesis topic was "Governing the Internet - A Process-Oriented Study of the Evolution of the Internet Governance Regime".[4]
