Lira Samykbaeva is the Information Program Coordinator in the Soros Foundation Kyrgyzstan . She is first CEO of the Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association KSSDA. Now she is initiating of organizing ISOC Chapter in Kyrgyzstan [1]


She was one of the ICANN fellowship members in San-Francisco, March 13-18, 2011 [2]
