Lira Samykbaeva is the Information Program Coordinator an the Soros Foundation Kyrgyzstan. She is also the first CEO of the Kyrgyz Software and Services Developers Association KSSDA. Now, Lira is working towards the creation of an ISOC Chapter in Kyrgyzstan [1]
Lira Samykbaeva is the Project Manager of GIPI's eCenters project in Kyrgyzstan, which aims to bring computer and Internet literacy to rural areas throughout the country.[2]
Ms. Samykbaeva was an ICANN Fellow at the ICANN Silicon Valley, 2011.[3]
