ICANN Meetings
ICANN Meetings are held in compliance with Article 3 of ICANN Bylaws which mandates the ICANN Board to ensure transparency in the over-all management of the internet by the organization. ICANN meetings are held three times a year in various regions around the world to give participants an opportunity to attend the meetings personally. A general meeting is held annually wherein a new members take their seats in the Board of Directors.[1]
