Domain Names Magazine is the only Russian officially registered periodical edition regarding address system of the Internet and modern Internet technologies. Key topics include the current state and perspectives of DNS and secondary domain name market, technical and administrative management of the Internet, Internet security, and web technologies. The magazine is for sale in RU-CENTER offices and at key Russian events regarding the Internet. It is also distributed among RU-CENTER partners and Russian governmental bodies.

The first issue of the magazine was published in 2006. Since then, the magazine is published twice a year by the RU-CENTER, with each issue running about 10,000 copies. By 2009, the publication was well known on the market, at which point it was officially registered as a periodical. In 2011, the magazine was translated into English for the first time, and was distributed at ICANN 40 in San Francisco. It received positive feedback from the ICANN community.
