Technology

The DNS system of Instra Corporation is capable of operating with little performance loss, even if a large network outage occurs, because it is deployed in three continents worldwide, uses the latest GeoIP technology, and hosted in state-of-the-art data centers. The company's DNS system is powered by a database engine, which allows real-time updating of domain name zones, and the whole network runs through CISCO equipment.[2]

Instra is a pioneer of ENUM Technology; the company participated in the ENUM Trial, which was launched by the Australian ENUM Registry On June 6, 2005.
