Kanaan Ngutu is the ICT Offier at the Ministry of Information, Communication, Transport and Tourism Development of the Government of Kiribati.

He is attending his first ICANN meeting as a fellow of ICANN60 in Abu Dhabi.

Kanaan is a member of the Internet Society and has been to IGF 2016 as a youth fellow.

Kanaan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information System from the University of the South Pacific, Suva, Fiji in 2015.
