Michael Graham is the founder and principal of Gnosis IP Law, P.C. He is active in ICANN's new Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC), was a member of the GNSO Consumer Trust, Consumer Confidence and Competition Metrics Working Group and is Vice Chair of the GNSO Policy and Implementation Working Group. He has been involved with International Trademark Association (INTA) throughout his career, and is currently active in the Internet Committee and gTLD sub-committee. He has been in these committees since 2009, though he has been involved with INTA since 1987.[1] He is also an Adjunct Professor, supervising the Technology & Intellectual Property Clinic of DePaul University College of Law.

He was awarded a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating, has been named a Leading Lawyer in the areas of Advertising & Media Law, Computer & Technology Law, and Intellectual Property Law.[2]

Fun Facts[edit | edit source]

Mr. Graham is a member of the National Ski Patrol, and a Slope Leader in the Wilmot Mountain Ski Patrol, Wilmot, Wisconsin. He is also an accomplished musician, playing in a country/bluegrass/old time band called "Crow Island", and was bassist for a basement cover band called Dads Gone Bad.
