Victor Ciza is the owner of AFRIREGISTER, a domain registration company from Burundi and an .[1] He is also a reknowned African ccNSO councillor. [2] He is currently involved in the organization of internet governance forums at national level (in Burundi) and participating in regional IGF meetings. [3]. He has been a member of AfTLD Executive Committee since 2006. [4] He is also a membner of ICANN , ccNSO, ISOC, ISOC Burundi, AFRINIC, PROMOTIC, EAIGF represnets both Burundi and Africa in the different international events and meetings held by these organizations.
