Atef Loukil is the Senior Engineer acting as Head of NIC and LIR departement at Tunisian Internet Agency (ATI).[1] His specialties include Unix / Linux Flavors Platforms Administration,Core Network services,Open Source Software, Project Management, Software engineering, Database design, Policy settlement and implementation etc. [2]
Atef Loukil is a graduate of Computer Science and Engineering (1998 — 2001) from Université de La Manouba. He is an active member of different Internet related national and internation orgnizations such as ICANN, Internet Society, Tunisian engineers, CERT-AFRICA, Africa ICT Network etc and regularly participates in meetings and events organized by them as a spoke-person for Internet and Domain industry of Tusnia and Africa region. - From Febraury 2001 to July 2001 Atef Loukil worked as an Intern in Biodata
- From September 2001 to March 2002 he was the Junior Consultant in 2IC
- He joined ATI in July 2002 and is now serving as the Senior Engineer acting as Head of NIC and LIR departement.
