Career History

Ms. Wardi began her career as an attorney at a nationally recognized law firm, dealing mostly with labor and employment law.[2] After 5 years as a lawyer she went on to become the Global Manager for Training and Development for the Technology Division of Goldman Sachs.[3] She was responsible for all aspects of the company's career development, leadership development, executive coaching, performance management and professional training efforts. Given this position, and her Masters degree from Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations, she was adequately prepared to found a consultancy firm as an expert on performance management, career development, and executive and career coaching. She founded Pebble Alley LLC in 2000, and consulted for prominent executives and coached employees at JP Morgan Chase, UBS, AIG, The Legal Aid Society, Hildebrandt International, and other such organizations.[4] She was involved with the Pebble Alley project until 2007.[5]

Her entrepreneurial passion continued with the foundation of Dream Big Media, which she co-founded in 2004. Dream Big Media is a business development consultancy, specifically aiding individuals and companies establish a successful online presence. Her work with Dream Big Media also allowed her to create the first website to offer children "personal visits from Santa", JingleGram.com.[6]

Domaining Experience

Lori's work with Dream Big Media saw her actively creating a domain portfolio. She later went on to work as the Director of Domain Strategy for WashingtonVC, where she managed an extremely valuable domain portfolio, including sales, acquisitions, monetization, and development.[7] This domaining experience led her to .co.[8]

She led a sponsored session concerning .co at the Web 2.0 conference 2010 in San Francisco.[9]
