Darcy Southwell was the Senior Compliance Officer for Endurance International Group (fka Newfold Digital), which operates registrars Network Solutions, Domain.com, and PDR Ltd. (among others) and a variety of brands supporting web-based solutions for small- and medium sized businesses, including Bluehost, HostGator, iPage, and ResellerClub, with offices in five countries. She was responsible for the development and implementation of Endurance’s global compliance program. This included working with operational teams to implement effective policies and successful best practices in all areas of the business.
When attending ICANN Meetings, Ms. Southwell focuses on policy development within the ICANN community. She has worked on registrar services and registrar compliance since 2006. Ms. Southwell is the past Secretary and past Vice Chair of the RrSG. [1] [2] She is also a past RrSG representative on the GNSO Council.
