Geoffrey A. Manne is the Executive Director at ICLE, a law Lecturer at Lewis and Clark College, and a Senior Fellow at Tech Freedom.
Manne compiled a textbook entitled, "Competition Policy and Patent Law under Uncertainty," which was coauthored by Joshua Wright and published by the Cambridge University Press.[1]
