Geoffrey A. Manne is the Executive Director at ICLE (International Center for Law and Economics), a law Lecturer at Lewis and Clark College, and a Senior Fellow at Tech Freedom.

Manne compiled a textbook entitled, Competition Policy and Patent Law under Uncertainty, which was coauthored by Joshua Wright and published by the Cambridge University Press.[1]

Geoffrey received his AB in Economics, Political Theory, and Law from the University of Chicago in 1993. He received his JD from the University of Chicago Law School in 1997.[4]
