Mr. Muscovitch is the principal partner at The Muscovitch Law Firm,[4] and the founder of DNattorney.com; he founded the site in 1999.[5]
He is considered Canada's leading domain name lawyer, having worked on more cases than any other lawyer in Canada.[6] In 2010, he ran for an election for a seat in the CIRA board, [7][8] however, he was not elected. Mr. Muscovitch led the UDRP Panel, alongside Chef Patrick, at T.R.A.F.F.I.C. in 2010.[9]

Zak Muscovitch has recently started a new side project, a blog featuring reviews of the buffet style restaurants that he avidly seeks out.[10]
Education
He holds LLB from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School.[11]
