Ramanou Biaou was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 42 in Dakar, Senegal. He studied Engineering and ICT at the University IRGIB-Africa. He is involved with ISOC's Benin Chapter, and is a Next Generation ISOC Program Leader.[1]
