Ramanou Biaou was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 42 in Dakar, Senegal. He studied Engineering and ICT at the University IRGIB-Africa from 2008 until 2011.[1] He is involved with ISOC's Benin Chapter, and is a Next Generation ISOC Program Leader.[2]
Mr. Biaou is involved in developing social programs surrounding ICT development in Benin and Africa, he submitted a number of ideas to ITU World Telecom 2011.[3][4]. He is interested in working with the U.N.'s Global Alliance for ICT and Development.[5]
