Elliot Noss
Elliot Noss is the President and CEO of Tucows Inc. He also chairs the University of Toronto's Department of Computer Science Advisory Board.[1]

Career History
Elliot has been the President and CEO of Tucows since 2001, when Tucows completed its merger with Tucows Delaware. He began as CEO of Tucows Delaware in 1999 after having served as Vice President of Corporate Services of Tucows Interactive Ltd. from 1997 until the company was acquired by Tucows Delaware in May 1999.[3]
Education
He completed his B.A. from the University of Toronto and his M.B.A. and L.L.B. from the University of Western Ontario.[4]
