Sheri Falco is the General Counsel at ICM Registry LLC and a member of the Board of Directors at International Foundation for Online Responsibility (IFFOR). At ICM, she is responsible for Corporate Legal Strategies and Compliance.[1]

Career History

From 2003-2011, Mr. Falco was the Associate General Counsel at WP. She co-founded Bedrock Inc., where she served as the President and the General Counsel from 1999-2002. She owned and operated a private practice from 1996-1999 called as Law Offices of Sheri Lynn Falco. Since the beginning of here she has been focused on working with the digital media companies.

She was one of the first pioneers who made an effort to ensure that domain names are intellectual property, having worked on the sex.com case. She has worked on several cases that included some big name corporations like Microsoft and Yahoo!. She has also taught as an adjunct professor on Internet Law and Consumer Protection Issues.

She was admitted to Floria Bar in 2003 and to California Bar in 1996.[2]

Education

Ms. Sheri holds a BA in International Political Science from University of North Carolina and JD from American University's Washington College of Law.[3]
