Jorge Villa is a Telecommunications Manager for the Cuban Academic Network. He is also involved with LACNIC, working with different groups and forums like IPv6, security, etc., as well as ASO AC.[1]
ICANN 48 in Buenos Aires was his first ICANN conference.[1]
