Wendy is a Visiting Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School where she teaches Internet Law and Information Privacy. Previously, she was a staff attorney with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, specializing in intellectual property and free speech issues.

Ms. Seltzer is a member and a councillor of ICANN's Non-Commercial Users Constituency, and is a North American representative of that body on the GNSO Council.[1]

She served as a member of the ICANN Board as an ALAC liaison from October 2007 to October 2009.[2]
