Jean-Robert Hountomey is a Partner at ISERVICES SYSTEMS LLC.[1]

Jean-Robert Hountomey was a member of the pioneer team which provided the internet connectivity in TOGO in 1987.

Jean-Robert Hountomey is a member of the ICANN ASO AC (Address Council) from AFRINIC.[2]He has served his first term from 2005-2008 and is currently serving his second term from April,2009 and it will end in December,2011.[3]Previously, he was selected for the ICANN Fellowships program at ICANN San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has also participated in the ICANN Brussels.[4]

In March 2010, Jean has participated in the IETF 77.[5]. He is also a Member of the African Internet Exchange Task Force (AFIX-TF) and has actively participated in the Technical Workshops conducted by them at Ivory Coast [6] and Togo[7]
