I am Raymond Selorm Mamattah from Accra, Ghana. I am the Founder and President of the E-Governance and Internet Governance Foundation for Africa (EGIGFA). This is a civil society that has the focus to enrich the capacity of people mainly in Africa to make meaningful impact in the internet governance and e-governance ecosystem.

EGIGFA is an At-Large Structure (ALS) within the At-Large constituency, we also belong to the NPOC, NCUC and NCSG. I lead my team here to engage in various initiatives, paramount among it is the Ghana School on Internet Governance (GhanaSIG) which is making big waves. Some of my engagements in the ecosystem are as below:

1. ALAC member representing the African region (selected through NomCom) - current. 2. Represented ALAC at the ICANN Community Excellence Award Panel - 2021 and 2022 3. NCSG representative to the Standing Selection Committee of the GNSO - 2021 to 2022 4. Afrinic NomCom member - 2021 5. At-Large Ambassador - ATLAS III training at ICANN 66, Montreal Canada - 2019 6. ICANN Fellow (ICANN70) 7. Was part of those selected as ICANN Fellows for ICANN67 before covid showed up, then played unofficial roles of ICANN Fellow in ICANN67, 68, 69. These were all virtual ICANN meetings.
