Jillian Mertsch has been working at British Telecom's Washington, D.C., office since 2003, and is currently the Vice President of U.S. Government Affairs. Jillian began as an Intern at BT but has been promoted a number of times.[1] She has an interest in promoting the success of ICANN's ISP Constituency.[2]
