Internet Identity is a Internet security company established in 1996 in Washington. Its main objective is to provide services that include domain control and malware and Internet security. These services are provided mostly to financial service firms, on-line commerce, social networking and Internet Service Providers. Microsoft uses IID's anti-phishing software in its Domain Defense Program.
In relationship to ICANN, IID secures and protects the integrity of the company's presence on the Internet. [3]
