Ross Rader has been the General Manager of Hover, a division of Tucows Inc., since 2005. He has been a Board Member of CIRA since 2004.[1]

In the past, Ross has been Director of Retail Services at Tucows Inc., Director of Research & Innovation at Tucows Inc., Director of Assigned Names Division at Tucows Inc., Director of Marketing at Internet Direct and the General Manager at Internet Direct.[2]
He has also served as a member of Board Elections Committee at UMCA, an ALAC Representative for NomCom, and Councillor of the GNSO Registrar Constituency at ICANN.[3]
Education
He received his education from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, the University of Western Ontario's Richard Ivey School of Business, the University of Winnipeg.
