Frank Fowlie is the Ombudsman at ICANN and Director at Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.[1]

Education

  • He completed his Doctorate from La Trobe University in 2008.[2]
  • He has taken training of Negotiation Instructor from at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.[3]

Career History

  • He is the first ICANN ombudsman selected in 2004.[4]
  • He has also served as the Chairman of the International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution.
  • He was also employed by the United Nations
