Zak Muscovitch is a domain name lawyer. He has been practising domain name law for ten years.[1] He represents both domain name registrants and trademark owners in connection with Domain Name Disputes.[2][3]
Mr. Muscovitch is the principal partner at The Muscovitch Law Firm.[4] He regularly blogs on DNattorney.com In 2010, he ran for an election for a seat in the CIRA board, [5] however, he was not elected.
Education
He holds LLB from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School.[6]
