Mohammed Rashed Al-Dhaifi is the System Administrator for YemenNet, an ISP in Yemen. He is a part of the ICANN Fellowship Program, through which he attended the ICANN Silicon Valley Meeting. His main interests for attending the conference were in registries solutions, IDN, DNSSEC, and enhancing .ye ccTLD services.[1]
